1. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP

The Software "Dot Flow Engine" (including but not limited to source code, algorithms, logic, architecture, and documentation) is the sole and exclusive property of Ziad Yahya Zakaria Ahmed (Ziad Corp.). This software is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. RESTRICTED ACCESS

This software is NOT for public use, distribution, or commercial release at this stage. Any unauthorized possession, access, or attempt to interact with the source code or executable files of the Software is considered a direct violation of this license and an infringement of intellectual property.

3. STRICT PROHIBITIONS

By possessing or accessing any part of the Software, you expressly agree to the following prohibitions:

  • No Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from decompressing, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the Software.
  • No Modification: You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software or its internal logic.
  • No Distribution: You are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, distributing, selling, or leaking the Software or any of its components to any third party.
  • No Public Use: This version is for internal development and testing only. No license is granted for any end-user or public-facing application.

4. LEGAL WARNING & REMEDIES

Any attempt to steal, leak, or reverse engineer the source code of Dot Flow Engine will result in immediate legal action. The Owner, Ziad Yahya Zakaria Ahmed, reserves the right to seek maximum damages, including statutory damages and legal fees, under the applicable intellectual property laws.

5. TERMINATION & FUTURE TERMS

This license is temporary and covers the initial development phase. The Owner reserves the right to update these terms or issue new licenses for future official applications. Any breach of this agreement automatically terminates any implied permission to access the Software.
